So it's been a while since we have posted to this blog.
So many changes have occured thanks to our Mentor Mike Larson introduced us how to change our business plan back in December, 2008.
Those changes are almost complete. Here is a rundown of some of those...
We have seperated into two distinct and different studio brands, cut out others (Just not enough time in the day to continue to offer those services), and streamlined our workflow model.
We Specialize in High School Senior Photography and Fine Art Wedding Photography under two new brands. JMK Productions no longer exists for Event Videography.
See more about our new Wedding structure at our new site called EP!
Senior photography is under our site at http://www.jmkseniorsphotography.com
JMKProductionsPhotography.com will go offline December 1, 2010 as we roll out our new website for Graphic Design, something that Rebecca will spearhead as she continues her education in the field of Fine Art. I will handle the website design business for our commercial clients.
Thanks for being patient with us as a whole lot of changes have happened as we narrow our creative focus...to better serve you!

Imaging USA 2010 Rocks!
Imaging USA was one of the best experiences we have encountered professionally. The training sessions encouraged us to make our photography an art form, to hold our vendors in high regard, to work toward making our studio into an Olive Garden experience and to realize what we really are worth.
In the past we looked at our photography as a side line job for friends and family. Now we see ourselves as professionals prepared to impress the public with our art, style and grace.
We met some other great photographers who are now our friends and mentors. The trade show was amazing and helped us to find some providers that will make our products look amazing. Now if we could just get caught up on sleep, we will be ready to take on the world, or at least Western Kentucky!
